2. Orders

Order consists in purchasing one or several products/services from the internet site "partytimeshop.com" by a customer. An order is contracted when the purchaser select the wished products, record the information of delivery and billing, choose a delivery and a payment method and pay the corresponding amount.

3. Delivery/Shipping Cost

Delivery deadline estimate
Delivery can be made in Cyprus, with in 1-3 working days from the day of order for the categories Hens night, Bachelor party and Gifts. For the categories Engagement & Wedding Favors and Christening / Baptism delivery with 25-30 working days. In exceptional cases and after you have been informed, the time of delivery can be extended.

For orders less than 30 EUR, there is 7 EUR delivery charge.
For orders over 30 EUR and less than 60 EUR, there is 6 EUR delivery charge.
For orders over 60 EUR and less than 80 EUR, there is 5 EUR delivery charge.
For orders over 80 EUR and less than 100 EUR, there is 4 EUR delivery charge.
For orders over 100 EUR and less than 120 EUR, there is 3 EUR delivery charge.
For orders over 120 EUR and less than 150 EUR, there is 2 EUR delivery charge.
For orders over 150 EUR, we offer FREE shipping.

The delivery is made to the given address. The purchaser is responsible for giving all necessary information for the good routing of the parcel. He is responsible from the time the ordered products have been shipped. Delivery periods are given only as an indication and correspond to the average times of conveyor treatment for each country.

In case of articles that will be deliverable on different dates, the delivery period is based on the longest period. But the saler can split the deliveries. The treatment and forwarding fees are invoiced once.

If the received products are damaged during the transport, the purchaser will have to indicate it on the delivery receipt of the conveyor, sign it and refuse the parcel. Then, as soon as the saler receive the parcel in his origin packing, he will return new products to the purchaser. If ever the received product don't correspond to the ordered one, or if a product is missing, the purchaser will have to indicate it on the delivery receipt and declare it to the saler at the latest two wrought days after the delivery.

"partytimeshop.com" can't be responsible for cases of absolute necessity (strikes, floods, fire, etc (nonexhaustive list).

If a parcel is not asked for and returned to "partytimeshop.com" the customer could receive his parcel again by paying again conditioning and carriage costs.

4. Guarantee and defects

They are guaranteed against any defect, for 2 days period as from the delivery date. In this case, the saler will have to replace the product found defective by his services.

Products from "partytimeshop.com" must be preserved safe from moisture, from high temperature or intense luminosity. The guarantee will not work if they have not been stored under these conditions.

5. Legislation

The contract to carry out takes place under the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus and EU laws.
